Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain launches tonight at midnight on PS3/4, Xbox 360/One, and PC, five years since the handheld title Peace Walker, the most recent game in the mainline Metal Gear story, and seven years since Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, the last major entry in the series made for consoles. We shouldn’t forget the incredible spin-off Revengeance, bu I’ve been waiting for the conclusion of Big Boss’s story for a very long time.

I hope you’ve enjoyed Metal Gear Weeks, as I went through and took a look back at the rest of the series! I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to give the Game Boy Color title Metal Gear Solid: Ghost Babel a new play through and review, but I definitely remember liking it when it was released way back in the year 2000. I hope to share my initial impressions of The Phantom Pain soon, with a full review to follow in a few weeks once I’ve really sunk serious time into the game.

Until then, take a look at some of the reviews you may have missed in the last two weeks!
